Ameriloan ignores requests for pay off

Ameriloan ignored my multiple requests for pay off. They kept refinancing and citing "We did not see your initials on the form you sent". They took $555 in total FEES for a $300 loan. I got the loan 12/21 with initial payoff 12/31. They charged $90 on 12/29 to my account instead of the agreed $390. They report they did not recieve my form. I resent the form with initials and signature 12/30 for payoff 1/13/08. Again they took $90. I resent the form for payoff 1/29. Then was charged 125 for finance. I am disgusted. They agreed to finally payoff the loan 2/13. I'll see if they do.
